For shipping in repairs:
We work on instruments from all across the United States. While we recommend finding someone local, sometimes shipping your instrument to us is the best option.
You can use any shipping company you like to send us your instrument. Since cost of shipping varies from each instrument and location, we do not factor it into our repair pricing.
We will document the condition of your instrument before we send it back to you, and ship it back as safely as we can.
While we haven't had any problems shipping instruments so far, there is always risk involved.

Shipping from us to you:
Cost is dependant on your location. We document the instrument before sending it to you, so if there is any damage on the instrument from the shipping please let us know. We will fix the damage and get it back to you free of charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to return an instrument or bow bought from our site, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to take it back and fully refund you for the product.
If any damage has befallen the product in those 10 days, the cost of the repair will be deducted from your refund.
If the damage is from shipping, please let us know as soon as you get the product and we will repair the instrument and get it back to you free of charge.
